About RE Brown Builders
R E Brown Builders was formed in 1981 by Ron Brown although the company was then known as R E Brown Building & Maintenance Contractors.
Ron himself, a plasterer by trade, took on small contracts and subsequently carried out a wide range of building works. Over a period of twelve months he obtained enough work that he manage to employ a bricklayer and a labourer.
Over the next 15 years the company grew in size and in 1998 he employed in excess of 50 people.
In 2002 Ron made the company, into the limited company that it is today, changing the name to R E Brown Builders Limited.
Some of the works carried out include a 1.5million residential house and a £800,000 school block.
Although the company has had to considerably down size due to the recession, it has still maintained a steady continuity of work.
R E Brown builders Ltd are proud to be associated with Telford & Wrekin Housing Trust as well as Severnside Housing being part of the Decent Homes scheme that they have in place.
The companies aim is to maintain its credibility by keeping its high standards that have seen it though both good and bad times.
